Standard Shipping (10 Days): Free or calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping: Available in select areas, with pricing displayed during checkout
All shipping charges will be clearly shown before completing your purchase.

5. Delays & Issues

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost Packages:
If your package hasn’t arrived, please wait 48 hours after the expected delivery date before reaching out so we can investigate with the carrier.
Stolen Packages:
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Purevia is not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend checking with neighbors or filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
7. Address & Shipping Errors
To ensure smooth delivery, please:

✔ Contact us within 24 hours if you need to correct an address
✔ Note that we are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by customers
